    Join Hoffman’s Chocolates for a limited-time opportunity at Winter Wonderland —a magical 36-night holiday celebration at Flamingo Gardens featuring thousands of twinkling lights and sweet treats! We’re seeking enthusiastic, guest-focused individuals to represent Hoffman’s Chocolates in our Pop-Up Shop and Sweet Ride ice cream truck. As a Guest Experience Ambassador, you’ll help create memorable moments for every visitor while embodying our commitment to exceptional service.

     

    Event Details

     

    + Location: Flamingo Gardens (3750 S Flamingo Rd, Davie, FL 33330)

    + Dates: Nightly between November 22 - December 30 (Exceptions: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day)

    + Average Shift Time: 4:30pm - 9:30pm

    Key Responsibilities

    + Deliver an engaging, high-quality guest experience.

    + Represent Hoffman’s brand and values with professionalism.

    + Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and overall operational standards.

    + Follow cash handling and POS procedures accurately.

    + Communicate clearly with guests and team leadership.

    + Complete assigned duties with efficiency and attention to detail.

     

    Ideal Candidate Profile

     

    + Passionate about chocolate, sweets, and customer service.

    + Positive team player with strong interpersonal skills.

    + Enthusiastic retail associate with a focus on sales and guest engagement

    + Dependable, responsible, and receptive to feedback.

    + Motivated to create memorable experiences and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

    Requirements

    + Must be 18 years of age or older.

    + Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.

    + Available to work at least 14 event nights.

    + Proficient in operating a POS/register system.

    + Able to stand, walk, and interact with guests for extended periods.

    + Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs independently and up to 50 lbs with assistance.
