Process/Manufacturing Engineer

Description
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Systems Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in process engineering within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred), or other CI methodologies.
• Working experience with CAD software (Inventor and AutoCAD preferred).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Minitab, and continuous improvement tools (e.g., Define Measure Analyze Improve Control (DMAIC), 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, A3 reports, Takt, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), process diagrams).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, systems engineering, industrial engineering, or mechanical engineering.
• Process/manufacturing experience with sheet metal, weldments, and large assemblies.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
• Performs and understands calculations used in manufacturing process including but not limited to cycle times, takt times, standard work, VSM.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
