    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment associated with the heating and cooling hydronic system.(piping, pumps, boiler, chiller and cooling towers).

    + Perform routine maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly, efficiently, and the physical conditional of the building does not deteriorate.

    + Use electrical test devices

    + Diagnose equipment problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary.

    Minimum Experience / Education:

    Required Minimum Qualifications:

    + Graduation from high school or equivalent. Experience in the trade(s) areas related to the position’s role may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.

    + Valid Drivers License

    Preferred Education Skills and Experience:

    + High school diploma or GED equivalency; Associated degree from an accredited institution preferred in HVAC .

    + 2-4 years’ experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and refrigeration equipment specializing in heating and cooling hydronic systems.

    + Effective skills in verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.

    + Computer literate.

    + Knowledge and skill with Google Chrome, and willingness to learn new programs.
