    Key Responsibilities

    + Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

    + Manage the general ledger, including journal entries and account reconciliations.

    + Assist in preparing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial statements.

    + Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

    + Collaborate with internal teams to oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.

    + Ensure compliance with tax filings and regulatory requirements.

    + Support audits by providing documentation and reports as required.

    + Identify opportunities to enhance accounting processes and implement best practices.

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).

    + CPA certification or progression toward CPA qualification is preferred but not required.

    + 1–3 years of accounting experience in a corporate, public accounting, or related environment (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply).

    + Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.

    + Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

    + Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
