    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Bellevue, Washington. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to manage high-volume invoice processing and ensure accurate financial operations for multiple entities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process 200 to 300 invoices weekly, ensuring timely and accurate coding and entry.

    • Conduct weekly check runs, issuing between 100 to 200 checks for multiple entities.

    • Utilize QuickBooks Online to manage accounts payable tasks, including invoice entry and reconciliation.

    • Maintain precise records of transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

    • Handle ACH payments and other electronic payment methods efficiently.

    • Collaborate with team members to address and resolve discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.

    • Provide support for month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

    • Ensure all vendor accounts remain up-to-date through regular communication and follow-ups.

    • Demonstrate strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Requirements • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable roles.

    • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is mandatory.

    • Strong understanding of invoice coding, account coding, and reconciliation processes.

    • Experience with high-volume invoice processing and weekly check runs.

    • Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) payment systems.

    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new challenges.

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with vendors and internal teams.
