Description

Robert Half is assisting a local company in Westchester, NY, in hiring an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a leadership position and is passionate about managing HR strategies, programs, and policies that help drive organizational success. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of the human resources function, including employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, benefits administration, and organizational development.

Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred.

+ 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in management roles.

+ Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements applicable in New York state.

+ Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

+ Experience developing HR strategies and leading initiatives in areas such as diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.

+ Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

+ Strong organizational management and problem-solving abilities.

+ Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
