    Job Title: Full Charge Bookkeeper

     

    Compensation: $65,000 – $80,000 annually, DOE

     

    Employment Type: Full-Time, on-site

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage all aspects of our accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working independently, and has a strong understanding of ag-related financial practices.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Manage all day-to-day accounting functions, including A/P, A/R, payroll, and bank reconciliations

    + Prepare monthly and annual financial statements

    + Maintain general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial records

    + Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

    + Coordinate with external CPA for tax preparation and audits

    + Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal controls

    + Support management with financial reporting and analysis

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + 7+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience, preferably in agriculture or a related industry

    + Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel

    + Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting

    + Excellent organizational and time management skills

    + Ability to work independently and handle confidential information

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
