    Key Responsibilities:

    + Develop and execute monthly social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

    + Monitor, engage, and build relationships with audiences through native platform interaction.

    + Implement content strategies aligned with marketing goals and seasonal campaigns.

    + Track performance metrics, create monthly reports, and leverage insights to optimize content.

    + Manage online reputation by responding to customer reviews and ensuring consistent brand voice.

    + Coordinate monthly offers and marketing campaigns with sales managers.

    + Create visual assets and copy for digital campaigns and dealership promotions.

    + Oversee community relations initiatives, including:

    + Budget oversight

    + Event planning and execution

    + Collaboration with foundations and external vendors

    + Assist with additional marketing and administrative tasks as needed by management.

    Qualifications:

    + Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    + Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva; Adobe Creative Suite a plus).

    + Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

    + Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    + Passion for the automotive industry and enthusiasm for the BMW brand.

    The (Hourly / Salary) Wage Range for this position is: $20.00 to $27.00/hour
