Position Overview:
Join Our Team at Siemens Mobility in Boston
Siemens Mobility has a new opportunity for a Logistics
Coordinator at our Boston, MA facility. We
are looking for a meticulous and highly organized individual to ensure a quick turnaround of materials for 3 projects:
ACS-64, ALC-42 and our new Airo project.

What your day-to-day will look like:
+ Maintaincompliance with all applicable safety rules, laws, and regulations.
+ Ensurethe highest quality standards are met in accordance with Siemens.
+ Organizationalability – (schedules, records, materials, time, etc.).
+ TimeManagement - (material schedule, lead times, work/life balance, specialprojects, etc.).
+ MaterialManagement- (transit to/from, unit allocation, lead time awareness, cores,unscheduled needs, etc.).
+ CommunicationManagement – (reports, updates, requests and directions with all requiredpartners).
+ Interactwith the leadership as needed on all site issues, systems, and relatedfacility operations.
+ LiaisonManagement – (ability to make and maintain good relationships withcustomers, coworkers, clients, and all other associates as necessarythroughout the workday.).
+ RecordManagement - (Service Orders, Work Orders, MDR’s, Serial Numbers, Emails,Core returns, etc.).
To thrive in this role, you have:
+ HighSchool Diploma / GED,
+ 2+years of warehouse and/or rail related experience,
+ Knowledge and experience with SAP, Microsoft Office (including Excel/Word/Access/PowerPoint),
+ Experiencewith overall material planning to include managing system stocking levelsto ensure required material is on hand when required,
+ Experiencewith material identification/validation for maintenance,
+ Operationsoversight of materials and logistics experience,
+ Excellentlydemonstrated English language technical communication skills in speaking,reading and writing,
+ Excellentcustomer service, time management and follow-up skills,
+ Exceptionalpresentation and interpersonal skills,
+ Creative,resourceful, meticulous, and highly organized,
+ Settingyou apart from others would be an Associate’s or Bachelor'sdegree.
