As a Customer Experience Specialist I, you’ll be the guiding voice for customers as they journey through the loan origination process. You’ll operate at the heart of our call center, serving as a trusted point of contact from application to closing.
What You’ll Do
+ Be a customer success advocate in a dynamic call center environment
+ Handle inbound and outbound calls and texts with empathy and precision
+ Manage a pipeline of up to 75 loans, ensuring each customer feels supported and informed
+ Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout their mortgage journey
+ Respond to 30+ calls per day, often engaging with the same customer multiple times to build trust
+ Perform data entry, validation, and routine communications with internal teams and third parties
+ Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and expedite processing
+ Conduct basic research to provide accurate, timely responses to customer inquiries
+ Escalate complex issues to associates or supervisors when needed
+ Uphold production and quality standards while following established policies

What You Bring
+ At least 1 year of experience in the mortgage industry
+ A strong phone presence and genuine passion for customer service
+ Sharp critical thinking and problem-solving skills
+ Solid time management and organizational abilities
+ Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Comfort with mainstream tech tools (Microsoft, Google, etc.)
+ A collaborative spirit and attention to detail
+ Assessment score of 50+

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
