What You’ll Do

As a Home Loan Specialist, you’ll be a key player in keeping our loan operations running smoothly. You’ll support multiple channels and help ensure our customers receive top-tier service throughout their home loan journey. Your day-to-day will include:

+ Performing data entry and validating loan information

+ Ordering third-party services (title, appraisal, credit checks, etc.)

+ Reviewing and verifying loan documents

+ Handling routine calls, emails, and chats with professionalism

+ Monitoring work queues and jumping in where needed

+ Supporting other tasks that keep our team efficient and customer-focused

+ Embodying our company’s values and culture in everything you do

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn and grow. Here’s what will help you thrive in this role:

+ Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office

+ Experience in financial services or mortgage industry (preferred but not required)

+ Basic understanding of Federal, State, and Local regulations

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
