Join the opening team of Folklore Spa, an extraordinary new destination for wellness and renewal located on the breathtaking Camp Lucy property in the Texas Hill Country. We’re seeking a talented and driven Spa Manager to support daily operations and ensure an exceptional guest and team experience in our luxury environment.

About the Role

As Spa Manager, you will partner closely with the Spa Director to oversee all aspects of spa operations — from guest service and scheduling to team leadership, retail management, and brand presentation. This position plays a hands-on leadership role ensuring the spa runs smoothly each day, consistently upholding the highest standards of professionalism, hospitality, and care.

Key Responsibilities

+ Support the Spa Director in managing daily spa operations and team supervision

+ Maintain excellence in guest service, ensuring every guest receives a memorable experience

+ Assist with scheduling, training, and motivating the spa team to achieve performance goals

+ Monitor inventory, ordering, and retail displays to align with brand standards

+ Handle guest feedback promptly and graciously to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

+ Collaborate with resort operations, marketing, and reservations to optimize revenue and visibility

+ Maintain an immaculate and welcoming spa environment at all times

Qualifications

+ Minimum 2 years of spa or wellness management experience in a luxury or resort environment

+ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

+ Proven ability to manage staff performance and support a positive team culture

+ Financial and administrative acumen, including scheduling, reporting, and cost management

+ Knowledge of spa software systems and booking platforms (e.g., Booker, Mindbody, etc.)

+ Passion for wellness, hospitality, and creating exceptional guest experiences
