    Job Title

    Relationship Manager, Credit Union

    At Fiserv, we help financial institutions deliver trusted, innovative money movement and banking experiences. As a Relationship Manager serving our largest credit union clients, you will be the primary point of accountability for executive relationships, growth, and retention. You will connect client strategies with Fiserv’s solutions to drive measurable outcomes in revenue expansion, product adoption, and client satisfaction.

    What you’ll do:

    + Own executive relationships with key decision-makers at major credit unions to expand product adoption and maximize retention.

    + Build and execute multi-year account plans that align client objectives with Fiserv solution roadmaps and cross-business unit collaboration.

    + Identify growth opportunities; develop and present proposals that articulate value, ROI, and competitive differentiation.

    + Lead renewals and expansions, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure timely contract execution.

    + Monitor client health through governance routines and EBRs; drive action plans addressing issues, SLAs, and receivables.

    + Champion client participation in Fiserv events and advisory forums to strengthen partnership and insight sharing.

    Experience you’ll need to have:

    + 10+ years of enterprise account management and solution selling to credit unions or large financial institutions.

    + 8+ years of strategic account planning, including development and execution of multi-year account plans across business units.

    + 8+ years negotiating and closing complex multi-million-dollar SaaS/licensing and services agreements with C-level stakeholders.

    + 8+ years working with core banking and digital banking platforms, card issuing/acquiring, and real-time payments (ACH, RTP, FedNow), including API/SSO integration models.

    + 6+ years creating RFP/RFI responses and formal proposals, including TCO/ROI modeling.

    + 6+ years using Salesforce Sales Cloud for pipeline management, forecasting, and executive reporting.

    + 6+ years applying financial services standards and controls relevant to solution sales (e.g., FFIEC guidance, PCI DSS, NACHA Operating Rules).

    + 6+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience

    Experience that would be great to have:

    + Growing wallet share via cross-sell of digital banking, card services, and EMV initiatives within enterprise accounts.

    + Executive-level presentation experience for QBRs/EBRs and industry conferences.

    + Pricing and contract structuring expertise, including MSAs, SLAs, and SOWs.

    + Leading cross-functional pursuit teams (Legal, Finance, Product, Delivery) on complex deals.

    + Advanced Excel financial modeling and PowerPoint development for board-level materials.

    Travel:

    + Approximately 50% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected.
