    Join our dynamic Treasury team within Asset and Wealth Management (AWM), where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the profitability strategy across our business.

     

    As a Treasury Associate within our dynamic Treasury team in Asset and Wealth Management (AWM), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the profitability strategy across our business.

    Job responsibilities:

    + Analyze and enhance profitability metrics for client products, including Mortgages, Wholesale Loans, and Deposits.

    + Partner with Technology teams to design and implement strategic applications that deliver actionable insights on client profitability.

    + Communicate profitability concepts to business stakeholders and respond to ad hoc requests.

    + Prepare presentations and develop actionable reports for senior management.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Treasury and Asset Liability Management (ALM) initiatives.

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

    + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, STEM, or a related field.

    + 4+ years of relevant experience in banking, finance, or treasury.

    + Strong understanding of bank profitability metrics, including net interest income (NII), risk-weighted assets (RWA), and return on equity (ROE).

    + Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Python, Alteryx, Tableau or similar automation technologies, as well as Microsoft Excel.

    + Experience working with large datasets and complex data analysis.

    + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding environment.

    + Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

    + Knowledge of Fixed Income products, Treasury concepts, and Markets is a plus.
