    As a Product Associate in Knowledge Management, you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. Working closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners, you contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings.     Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Operations Product organization provides critical cross-line of business support across JPMC and serves as one of the largest product portfolios in CCB, delivering value to millions of customers and over 30,000 employees. As a product team member, your problem-solving skills will place you on the cutting edge of defining the vision, creating the strategy and building the roadmap to solutions that impact millions.     Job responsibilities

    + Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap

    + Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making

    + Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals

    + Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches

    + Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value

    + Manage a Job Enrichment Program (JEP) to cultivate future leaders and enhance productivity

    + Expand Model Office capabilities to new lines of business in line with MLIO roadmaps; drive intake volume growth by educating MLIO product teams.

    + Oversee staffing, onboarding, and intake processes; ensure Model Office is properly resourced and requests are efficiently managed

    + Maintain a transparent book of work channel and repository of current and past projects

    + Identify and schedule discovery activities; coordinate sessions to maximize team productivity

    + Partner with product teams to assist with adoption of MLIO technology; collaborate with communications and operations to enhance product support and feedback; monitor production environments and communicate issues to developers on a standardized cadence

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    + 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area

    + Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle

    + Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition

    + Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy

    + Proven experience in product launch, operational support, or similar roles

    + Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

    + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities

    + Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

    + Experience in developing training materials, managing onboarding, and standardizing processes

    + Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth and improvement

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    + Experience with Jira, Confluence, and agile methodologies preferred.
