Regulatory MAP/Operations Specialist
Mid-Level | 3–5 Years Experience
**Location:** Fort Worth, TX
**Rate** : 35-45 DOE
About the Role:
Fast paced team supporting the promotional material review process in a highly regulated environment.
As a **Regulatory/MAP Operations Specialist** , you'll serve as a key connector between marketing, regulatory, and review teams—ensuring that promotional materials meet compliance standards
while moving efficiently through the review cycle.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert on the MAP process and Veeva PromoMats
+ Guide teams on submission readiness and review requirements
+ Manage review schedules and help prioritize materials based on business needs
+ Review and track promotional submissions for accuracy and compliance
+ Support MAP review meetings and ensure smooth collaboration among stakeholders
+ Help with reporting and tracking key metrics for senior leadership
+ Identify process improvements and support special projects or SOP development
+ Optional: Assist with proofreading and copy editing when needed
+ Bachelor’s degree (science or marketing background a plus)
+ **Veeva PromoMats experience required (1–2 years)**
+ Marketing or agency background a plus | No claims experience needed
+ 3–5 years of professional experience
+ 1–2 years of hands-on Veeva PromoMats experience
+ Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
+ Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
