    Our client is a trusted pharmaceutical manufacturer specializing in APIs; they are seeking a **Chemical Operator** in a GMP environment is performed safely and efficiently, following all established guidelines, and supporting all Production Department activities.

    Located in Kalamazoo, MI

    **Pay:** $25 – $30/hour

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Operate manufacturing equipment and processing areas in a GMP environment to produce APIs, finished products, and intermediates.

    + Follow pre-approved batch records, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

    + Complete and sign production batch records accurately and on time.

    + Maintain accurate records while adhering to operating instructions.

    + Comply with Environmental, Health, Safety, and GMP regulations during all operations.

    + Work efficiently to maintain production schedules.

    + Ensure proper waste disposal, facility cleanliness, and equipment upkeep; maintain supporting documentation.

    + Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.

    + Support additional duties as assigned.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    + High school diploma or GED with 1+ year related or military experience, or an associate’s degree required.

    + Experience in a GMP environment and knowledge of EHS guidelines preferred.

    + Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to maintain accurate documentation.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

    + Ability to follow written instructions, identify deviations, and report findings.

    + Familiarity with proper and safe use of testing and process equipment.
