    Position Summary:

    This role leads compliance in a cGMP regulated manufacturing environment. The QA Investigator leads complex quality investigations and ensures timely, effective corrective actions.

    Shift: M-F Day shift

    Pay: $35.00/hr

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead and close investigations into internal failures and customer complaints

    + Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) completion

    + Collaborate cross-functionally to meet investigation timelines and escalate as needed

    + Review lab data, maintain CAPA records, and analyze trends

    + Support SOP development, training, and reporting on investigation metrics

    + Mentor junior staff and provide supervisor backup when required

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field

    + 4+ years’ experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing (investigations, CAPAs, audits)
