Apply today!    Benefits: * Medical, dental, vision (after 90 days) * 401K (after 90 days) * Paid vacation (after 1 year) * Growth opportunities * Make $130,000 - 200,000+ / year Job duties: * Provide strong leadership and strategic direction to the Sales team, ensuring clear focus and alignment with organizational goals. * Engage directly with both employees and customers to cultivate meaningful relationships and enhance the overall sales experience. * Independently manage and complete the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. * Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient business performance. * Build lasting rapport with customers to develop a robust client network and drive repeat business. * Deliver ongoing training and mentorship to sales staff, offering hands-on support to help close deals and improve performance. * Monitor and support the productivity and efficiency of the Sales department. * Lead regular sales training sessions to promote continuous professional development and team growth. Qualifications: * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in Automotive * Must have strong purchasing experience * Must be interested in training additional sales associates and working within a team environment  * Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday * Clean driving record * Willing to submit to a pre employment background check & drug screen
