Recruiting and Human Resources Specialist

Key Role:

Perform a variety of routine tasks to facilitate all functional areas of a human resources department for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency ( DARPA ) , a DoD component. Apply advanced skills and extensive te chn ical expertise and full industry knowledge. Work directly with clients to process employee candidates, including nomination, entry on duty, and exit, such as initial contact, interview coordination, preparing offer packages, preparing onboarding schedules and c ond ucting onboarding briefings, and offboarding.

Basic Qualifications:

+ 5+ years of experience in government Human Resources

+ Knowledge of HR s and various hiring methodologies used by the federal government

+ Ability to develop position descriptions in conjunction with hiring manager and position classifier

+ Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently and pay strict attention to detail

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

+ Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

+ Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

+ Experience with records management

+ Knowledge of training programs, including tracking and construction and implementation of new training modules and coordination of career transition programs

+ Ability to create requests for personnel actions and coordinating staffing actions

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
