Shop Carpenter – Window Glazing Fabrication

Pay: $22–$33/hr (based on experience)

Hours: 40+ hours/week

Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring **Shop Carpenters** for a window glazing fabrication facility in **Commerce City, CO** . We’re looking for skilled craftsmen to join our team of dedicated, safe, and productive professionals. Weekly pay with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

Job Duties:

+ Fabricate and assemble aluminum and wood framing for commercial window systems

+ Operate saws, routers, and other shop tools to cut and shape materials

+ Read and interpret shop drawings and fabrication specs

+ Assist in prepping units for shipment and installation

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

+ 2+ years of carpentry or fabrication experience preferred

+ Must have basic hand tools

+ Appropriate PPE: hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and kneel regularly

+ Safety-focused mindset and attention to detail

+ OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
