    + We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients

    + As a Front Desk Executive, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for everyone entering our premises

    Responsibilities

    + Reception Duties: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and courteous manner

    + Manage the front desk and ensure a neat and organized reception area

    + Answering Calls: Handle incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person or department

    + Provide information to callers and take messages as needed

    + Visitor Assistance: Assist visitors with sign-in procedures, provide information, and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process

    + Notify employees of visitor arrivals

    + Mail Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages

    + Assist with outgoing mail and courier services as needed

    + Scheduling: Manage appointment calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings

    + Keep track of employee and visitor schedules

    + Administrative Support: Provide basic administrative support such as data entry, photocopying, and filing

    + Assist with the coordination of office events and activities

    + Security Awareness: Monitor and ensure the security of the premises by following access control procedures

    + Report any security concerns promptly

    + Customer Service: Respond to inquiries and provide information to clients and visitors

    + Resolve minor issues and escalate complex matters to the appropriate personnel
