The **Manager of Clinical Research Center Operations** is responsible for Clinical Research Center Staff and other clinical support staff for all areas of Clinical Research across the Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) network, ensuring compliance of all research studies and regulations.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

+ Bachelor's degree in nursing or other relevant area of study.

+ Minimum of 6 or more years of experience in clinical research experience.

+ Working knowledge of FDA and DHHS regulations, Good Clinical Practice Guidelines, CITI and Safety/IND reporting.

+ Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.

+ Must be capable and willing to perform other tasks related to Clinical Research.

+ Mandatory education on human subject's research.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

+ 1 years of supervisory experience.

+ 1 years with clinical research management experience.

Starting at $111,924.80 Annually

Some jobs may also be eligible for performance-based incentives, bonuses, or commissions not reflected in the starting rate. Certain positions may also be eligible for shift differentials for work performed on evening, night, or weekend shifts.
