Job Title: CNC Maintenance Technician

Job Description

+ Join our maintenance team as a Maintenance Technician, where you will be responsible for performing all maintenance and preventive maintenance (PM) on machiner

+ Work closely with our dynamic team to ensure the smooth operation of our equipment

Job Responsibilities

+ Troubleshoot and evaluate mechanical malfunctions for repair planning

+ Perform a wide range of repairs on 4-axis Horizontal CNC equipment, including mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

+ Read and interpret hydraulic and mechanical blueprints

+ Handle machine geometry adjustments and rebuilds to OEM specifications

+ Develop and implement predictive maintenance programs

+ Conduct annual asset performance evaluations

+ Maintain facility equipment such as compressors, cranes, and hydraulic pumps

+ Create work orders for repair items and document equipment repairs

+ Collaborate with the engineering department to reverse engineer components as needed

+ Communicate with and utilize outside services for troubleshooting, project assistance, and technical resources

+ Support, assist, and train other maintenance personnel under the department supervisor's direction

+ Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment and report unusual conditions to the supervisor

+ Adhere to OSHA regulations and maintain cleanliness of the work area

Essential Skills

+ Preventative maintenance on CNC machines, including filters, gases, oils, and standard PM schedules

+ Maintain and troubleshoot CNC Mill Machines, specifically 4-axis horizontal Mills

+ Experience with HMI interfacing on Fanuc Controls, including swapping out HMI drives and troubleshooting faults

+ Ability to identify ladder and parameters to reset machines

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
