They are a 7 day facility and are flexible for what the candidate wants to work for days during the week

7am - 330pm 30 mins for lunch each day

OT as needed, which there usually is alot to do but not required

They are down from 6 Maintenance workers to just 1 and a part time worker so they are very understaffed. The Asst Director is getting promoted and can't be as hands on as he is right now.

Working onsite at the country club within the resort buildings:

tennis courts

pickleball courts

workout gym

clubhouse

villas for guests

hotel area

pool area

During the winter they shut down to the members for 6 weeks and need to do maintenance repairs and projects to repair facilities that are difficult to get to with members on site:

drain and deep clean the hot tub, sauna and pool

paint rooms that are needed

repair any sheetrock as needed

replace light fixtures, doors, furniture

checking the workers quarters (small motel like structure) to make sure all appliances work, outlets, A/C and heater units

fix any windows or blinds that are damaged

clean bathrooms on the course and all through the facilities

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
