A Child’s Place at Unity House in Troy, NY is looking for passionate and caring Physical Therapists to join our supportive, multidisciplinary team. Work in a meaningful role providing both in-home and school-based services to children ages birth to 5 years old.

Whether you're an experienced PT or a recent graduate ready to begin your career in pediatrics, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

+ Deliver physical therapy services to children ages birth–5 years

+ Participate in evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

+ Apply current evidence-based pediatric PT practices

+ Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and caregivers to support developmental goals

+ Submit documentation, reports, and billing accurately and on time

+ Ensure services are delivered in a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment

Qualifications & Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy and Pediatric internship or pediatric therapy experience strongly preferred

+ Three to five years physical therapy experience preferred. At least two of these years pediatric experience preferred

+ NYS certification (Required)

+ New graduates will be considered

+ Reliable transportation and valid NYS driver’s license

+ Strong computer, communication, and problem-solving skills
