    Join our well established Vent Program! Great Rates-Up to $50 per hour plus shift differentials. Full Time, Part Time or Per Diem.

    POSITION AND REQUIREMENTS:

    + Must have valid Respiratory Care License in the state of Mass

    + Successful completion of National Board of Respiratory Care (CRT or RRT) exam

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills required

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Primary duties are caring for Ventilator patients. The therapist will work closely with Department Director or Nurse Practitioner to provide optimal ventilator settings and weaning parameters

    + Change tracheostomy tubes as scheduled and prn

    + Sets up, applies and administers all forms of respiratory care as directed using a complete range of respiratory equipment, including ventilators, cough assist (MIE), respiratory medications, BIPAP and CPAP as needed

    + Responsible for reviewing physician's orders pertaining to respiratory care

    + Adheres to all company polices, procedures, and standards of conduct

    Experience:

    + RRT 1 year (Preferred)

    + CRT 1 year (Preferred)

    + New grads welcome- we will provide essential training

     

    Full and Part Time employees receive benefits according to company guidelines and eligibility

     

    Per Diem therapist receive additional $2 per hour pay
