Job Summary:
We are seeking a Go-to-Market (GTM) Communications Specialist to support the implementation of a communication plan. At the direction of the Global Director of GTM Communications, the GTM Communications Specialist will support communications approaches that enable Kyndryl's revenue growth goals & objectives, go-to-market strategies, new- and expanded scope customer wins & success stories, customer partner tools, guides & handbooks, and customer partner events (STRIDE), all aligned with the Company's culture and values.
This role requires some prior knowledge of technology markets, experience delivering communications for global sales and can deliver measurable results in support of the GTM functions’ four main priorities, which include:
**Generating Pipeline and Driving Growth:** Drive pipeline via Stride, Innovation Workshops, Customer Growth Planning, and Erosion control. **Redesigning Solutioning for Growth:** Deliver unified, AI-powered, value-led solutioning. **Elevating Sales Culture:** Revamp seller community, education & careers and foster a culture of customer advocacy/references. **Simplifying Tools & Processes:** Stabilize tools and define the future model; simplify sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
+ _GTM Communications Strategy_ : Support a global communications strategy for Kyndryl’s go-to-market plans, aligning with business goals and targeting key industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, retail) and support an internal communications approach that includes functional updates, key wins, updated selling tools, thought leadership (our IP) and support of our customer relationship management (CRM) platform (Kyndryl Win Coach).
+ _Customer References:_ Track progress and support a more regular flow of customer wins through press releases, on social media, and in the Company’s Newsroom, to enable proactive and impactful customer conversations that lead to new projects/scope.
+ _Cross-Functional Collaboration_ : Support partnership with sales, marketing, delivery, and corporate affairs (government affairs, social impact, country communications teams, etc.) to ensure cohesive GTM communications and enable sales teams.
+ _Performance Metrics_ : Define and track KPIs on GTM communications effectiveness, including engagement, pipeline contributions, and customer references

Who You Are
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in marketing or communications roles within technology, IT services, or consulting.
+ Experience in developing and executing global GTM communications strategies, ideally in IT infrastructure, cloud, or managed services.
+ Prior experience in storytelling and content creation skills, and with crafting messages for technical and business audiences.
+ Interpersonal and presentation skills
Preferred Skills:
+ Experience in IT infrastructure services or technology consulting
+ Familiarity with emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Agentic).
+ Experience working in multiple global markets.

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is -
$77,040 to $146,640 based on a full-time schedule.
Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California:$84,840 to $175,800
Colorado: $77,040 to $146,640
New York City: $92,520 to $175,800
Washington: $84,840 to $161,160
Washington DC:$84,840 to $161,160
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
