Job Description

Insight Global is looking for Project Manager to join the team of one of our supply chain clients. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and project delivery skills to collaborate effectively with senior technical and business stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and communication across technical and business teams

• Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables

• Connect with internal development and scrum teams while also collaborating with other LOBs

• Set up meetings and reoccurring cadences with cross functional teams, such as the enterprise architecture team, to enable the proper flow of data and updates

• Conduct risk analysis and implement mitigation strategies

• Drive business process improvements and performance optimization

• Oversee resource planning, budget allocation, and KPI tracking

• Provide regular updates to executive leadership

Skills and Requirements

- 4-6+ years of experience as a Project Manager

- Background working in an Agile environment, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, scrum meetings, and overseeing stakeholder communications

- Knowledge of AWS and Azure, having been exposed to application development projects in such environments

- Great communication skills, executive presence, and experience collaborating with senior leadership (technical and business) - SAP experience, ideally S4 HANA

- PMP, CAPM, CPM, or related project management certifications
