**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Structural Welders** for projects located in and around **Paducah, KY** . This is a first and second shift opportunity with a pay range of **up to $24/hour** based on experience **p** **lus $100/Per Diem** to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:

+ Perform structural welding for new construction on river barges and towboats

+ Flux core welding .052 dual shield on carbon and stainless steel

+ Back gouge, root pass, and cover/fill

Requirements:

+ Must be able to back gouge, root pass, and cover/fill

+ Visual inspection only – must pass as 1st Class

+ Complete online yard orientation prior to test date

+ Must provide own tools and PPE (hard hat, steel-toe boots, gloves, face shield, etc.)

+ Ability to read and follow blueprints and specifications

+ Reliable transportation to and from job site
