Job Overview

Position: Automation Tender

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:20 PM

Overtime: Mandatory until 3:20 PM as needed, with occasional Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

+ Utilize various mechanical and non-mechanical hand tools

+ Set up dies in automatic presses

+ Load material into cradles and spindles

+ Adjust feeders and straighteners according to job specifications

+ Configure electrical sensors and feeder stops for each run

+ Operate and read measuring and inspection tools, including micrometers, rulers, calipers, gauges, and plug gauges

+ Safely operate a forklift when needed

+ Complete required PMA Automation Training

+ Run sample parts for inspection by the Quality team

+ Other duties may be assigned as needed

Position Details:

+ Starting Pay: $24.26 per hour
