Join Volunteers of America Delaware Valley as a Program Manager at Leavenhouse Properties and be a vital part of a mission-driven team providing safety, structure, and support to individuals in need.

We're looking for a dedicated and organized leader who thrives in a community-centered environment. In this role, you'll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, help tenants feel at home, and support their journey toward independence and stability.

What You’ll Do:

+ Oversee facility safety, cleanliness, and compliance

+ Orient new tenants and coordinate room assignments

+ Monitor community rules and encourage respectful living

+ Support residents through regular meetings and guidance

+ Supervise inspections, maintenance needs, and staff coordination

+ Be a reliable, supportive presence in emergency and day-to-day situations

What You Need:

+ A high school diploma or GED (human services experience is a plus!)

+ 6+ months of case aide/program assistant experience preferred — or 2 years in human services

+ Great communication skills and a calm, respectful presence

+ Ability to organize, multitask, and adapt to a dynamic environment

+ Basic computer skills
