As a Technical Trainer III, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and implementing technical content and training materials for both internal and external customers at SNC. You will learn how to deliver on-site/remote client support by providing expert training program and advising on technical training materials. You will collaborate and work as a partner along product management, engineers, and program managers. You will also be expected to provide feedback to the leaders on effectiveness of technical training programs.
The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, it is a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems. Its end-to-end Command, Control, Computers, Communications and Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C4ISR) capabilities encompass design, integration, test, certification, ground/flight training and complete logistics support. Responsibilities:
• ** **Position is based at Centennial Airport, Centennial, CO, and candidate must be willing to travel to SNC Facilities at Colorado Springs Airport (milage is currently reimbursable) approximately 50% of the time, or as needed.
Qualifications You Must Have:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field of study and 6 or more years of work experience
• Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
• Relevant experience beyond 6+ years may be considered in lieu of required education
• Experience with supporting/addressing customer training objectives
• Must possess strong verbal and technical written communication skills
• Must be able to coordinate collaboratively across traditional engineering disciplines
• An active Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
Qualifications We Prefer:
• Background in technical training, programs, communications, or other operations function
• Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is preferred

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $82,039.23 - $112,803.95. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
