EJ has an immediate opening for a Project Specialist to support Facility Maintenance and Engineering at our Ardmore, Oklahoma Foundry.

SUMMARY
Working in conjunction with plant staff and corporate engineering, assists with the implementation of projects and programs at Ardmore Foundry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
+ Promotes the culture, the mission and vision, and the core values of the company. This includes adherence to and promotion of the company safety beliefs, employee engagement, competencies, code of conduct, and other policies and procedures.
+ Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate facility projects and programs .
+ Coordinate and oversee contractor activities .
+ Develop, measure, and report out project metrics.
+ Maintain project records and documentation.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ad Hoc, as required.

+ Possess comprehensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical concepts.
+ Ability to read prints, drawings, and schematics.
+ Ability to troubleshoot equipment.
+ Proficiency in math and familiarity with engineering concepts as well as software.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including powerpoint.
+ Demonstrated project management skills.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree, preferred, or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
