Custom Protective Services is seeking a security officer with an F-01 to work weekends at a corporate building in Manhattan.

Shift Time:

+ Saturday + Sunday 12 PM - 12 AM

+ Saturday + Sunday 12 AM - 12PM

Responsibilities:

+ Ensure the security, safety, and well-being of all personnel, visitors, and the premises

+ Provide excellent customer service

+ Must be able to stand, walk up and downstairs

+ Adhere to all company services and operating standards

+ Remain in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

+ Immediately respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers

+ Protect the company's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues

+ Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control, and accident investigations

Qualifications and Skills:

+ Must have a valid NYS Security License

+ 8hr/16hr certificates

+ F-01 Fireguard Required

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Capable of following complex instructions

+ Strong interpersonal skills

+ Knowledge of security operations and procedures

+ Flexibility in schedule preferred including weekends

Fireguard Starting Salary: $17.00

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
