Posting Summary
This position will provide technical and coordination support to the UVM Anatomical Gift Program ( AGP ). Responsibilities will support coordination of study courses and workshops, setting up of the gross anatomy laboratory class, coordination and verification of paperwork, promotional products and database updates, purcard reconciliations, ordering lab stocks and supplies, and overall general laboratory assistance to the anatomy courses. This position will interact with internal and external constituents and is expected to provide outstanding service, assistance and support to these multiple AGP stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelor’s degree in related field and one to three years of related experience required. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional in their interactions. Experience managing large datasets and maintaining detailed records is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Assume on-call duties one weekend per month. Use work cell phone to communicate with funeral directors and coordinate timely arrival and intake of registered donors.
Desirable Qualifications
Prior experience working with sensitive, protected, or confidential information. Experience working with human subjects and anatomical specimens.
Anticipated Pay Range $21.58/hour - $22.35/hour

Special Conditions A probationary period may be required, Occasional evening and/or weekends required (if non-exempt position, may result in overtime), This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with an option to split time between campus and elsewhere, in accordance with the university telecommuting policy, Background Check required for this position
