    Job Title: Stand-Up Reach (Raymond) Forklift Operator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to handle tasks such as put-aways, loading, picking, and staging within our warehouse. This role involves participating in rack teardowns and other projects as needed. The position requires operating a Raymond stand-up forklift (Pacer) to efficiently manage products and materials.

    Responsibilities

    + Load, unload, pick, put away, consolidate, stack, and stage products and materials using a stand-up reach forklift.

    + Perform case picking from multiple pallets, handling products weighing between 10lbs and 60lbs over an 8-hour shift.

    + Operate RF systems in a logistics environment.

    + Comply with specific work instructions and best practices to complete daily work assignments safely and accurately.

    + Support all operational processes and procedures to ensure value to the customer and compliance with all policies and regulations.

    + Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts, ensuring proper stock rotation.

    + Inspect pallets and cases for proper quantities, items, brands, and lot codes.

    + Communicate problems, concerns, and ideas to management and identify process improvements.

    + Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.

    + Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse and conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.

    + Participate in all assigned training programs and adhere to all guidelines.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in operating a Raymond stand-up forklift (Reach).

    + Ability to meet medium-level physical exertion requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds frequently.

    + Basic math and reading skills to perform job tasks and complete necessary paperwork.

    + Ability to follow oral and/or written instructions.

    + Open to cross-training for case picking.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in a warehouse distribution center.

    + Strong communication skills to convey problems, concerns, and ideas to management.

    + Ability to identify and implement process improvements.

    This position is based in a warehouse distribution center, where you will work with various technologies and equipment to ensure efficient operations. The role involves an 8-hour shift, and you will be part of a team that prioritizes safety and security while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

    This is a Contract position based out of Riverside, California.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
