Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift | Entry-Level Friendly + Paid Training!

**Location:** Boca Raton, FL

Shift:

+ **1st Shift** – Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

We’re hiring motivated individuals to join our warehouse team on **1st shift** in **Boca Raton** . If you're looking for a hands-on role with **paid training** , **certifications** , and **growth opportunities** , this is the job for you!

What You’ll Do:

+ Receive and stock incoming materials in the warehouse

+ Operate **sit-down forklifts** and **overhead cranes** (training provided)

+ Use **RF scanners** to locate and verify items

+ Measure and confirm parts using a **tape measure** and **packing slips**

+ May assist with loading flatbed trucks using overhead cranes

What We’re Looking For:

+ No forklift experience required – we’ll train you!

+ Ability to lift up to **75 lbs**

+ Comfortable reading a tape measure

+ Basic computer skills for inventory tracking

+ Experience in the **metal or steel industry** is a plus

+ Previous warehouse or material handling experience is helpful but not required

Training & Certification:

+ **Forklift Certification Provided**

+ First 3–4 weeks of training on 1st shift

+ Must complete 20 hours of seat time before operating independently

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.25 - $16.25/hr.
