    •️** **What You’ll Do

     

    Join a hands-on production team where you’ll build high-quality windows and doors from start to finish. You’ll inspect each step for quality, follow detailed instructions, and work with a variety of tools to get the job done right.

    Your Responsibilities:

    + ✅ Assemble products from start to finish

    + 🧠 Spot and report material shortages or quality issues

    + 🔍 Inspect each phase of the process for top-notch quality

    + 📋 Read and follow production lists and work instructions

    + 🧰 Use tools like drills, screw guns, nail/staple guns, chop saws, routers, and sanders

    •** **What You Bring

    + 🎓 High School Diploma, GED, or HSED

    + 📏 Ability to read a tape measure

    + ➕ Basic reading and math skills

    + 💪 Able to lift 50+ lbs

    + 🛠️ Comfortable using hand and power tools

    •** **Work Environment

    + 📅 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday)

    + 🔄 Occasional Friday overtime (half or full day, announced early in the week)

    + 🌡️ Facility is not air-conditioned

    + 👕 Dress code: Steel-toed shoes required; otherwise flexible (shorts & t-shirts allowed)

    + 💇 Long hair must be tied back

    + ☕ Breaks: Two 12-minute breaks + one 30-minute lunch

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.20 - $22.20/hr.
