The HR Support Specialist II will contribute to the day-to-day operations that align our culture and teams with the strategic goals of the organization. This position will work closely with other members of the HR Team to administer important functions including, but not limited to: requisition management, cloud-based service requests, invoicing, unemployment claims, and HRIS reporting.
HR Operations includes work across multiple administration areas for established HR and rewards programs including: HR employment issues (hiring and termination processes and labor law issues, contract renewals and dismissals, trainee programs, expatriates, control/process of retirement, etc.) Personnel records maintenance (job history, retirement and insurance documentation, leave accrual records and details of illness, absences, transfers, and salary progression, etc.) Statistical reporting to internal management (employee demographics, skills inventory, absenteeism, overtime, employee turnover) and external agencies (e.g., government agencies, insurance companies, unions etc.) Rewards program implementation and administration (e.g., compensation administration, employee benefits administration, etc.) May be accountable for selecting and managing HR outsourcing vendors
Primary Duties
+ Review requisitions for accuracy prior to being moved to onboarding and partner with HRBP for modifications.
+ Process data/status changes & termination requests submitted in HR case management platform.
+ Manage education assistance/reimbursement requests.
+ Manage purchasing orders and invoice payment process for defined groups within HR.
+ Manage unemployment claims, including uploading/submitting requested information and monitoring claim for updates.
+ Audit data entered by Specialist I for accuracy.
+ Audit Team Member files for accuracy.
+ Pull reports in HRIS platform as requested.
+ Pull monthly new parent report and order gifts.
+ Partner with HR Specialist III to answer frequently asked questions from new hires and team members, including but not limited to standard policies, benefits, etc., as requested by HRBP.
+ Process legal entity/company transfers.
+ Process commission plan letters, as applicable.
+ Manage logistics of New Team Member Orientation (NTMO).
+ Communicate with new hire, facilitators & attendees regarding logistics of NTMO.
+ Mentors the HR Support Specialist I for cross training and development opportunities.
+ Serve as back-up / additional support to HR Support Specialist I & Onboarding Coordinator.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred
+ 2+ years of HR support experience
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
+ Knowledge of Case management and document management platform
+ Information Systems such as SAP, Workday, UKG, or Oracle and/or reporting

+ Detail orientation to complete tasks without errors and produce high-quality work.
+ Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work and communicate with others at all levels
Travel Required: 5% Domestic
