Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Pryor, Oklahoma. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering the opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of a growing organization. The role is ideal for someone who excels in managing accounting tasks, payroll, and inventory processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• Oversee payroll operations for a team of nine employees, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

• Coordinate inventory management and handle purchasing of raw materials as needed.

• Prepare and process billing statements efficiently and accurately.

• Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting software to maintain financial records and reports.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

• Address vendor and customer inquiries related to payments, invoices, and account balances.

• Support the implementation of software systems and ensure smooth transitions when necessary.

• Maintain an organized and detail-oriented workspace while adhering to casual dress code policies. Requirements • Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting roles.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and familiarity with additional accounting software systems.

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes.

• Experience managing payroll for small teams, preferably in the construction industry.

• Ability to handle inventory management and purchasing tasks.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills for liaising with vendors, customers, and team members.

• Capacity to adapt to new systems and processes when required.
