Description We are looking for a personable and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized office environment. This position offers an opportunity to showcase your customer service skills while performing essential administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors warmly, directing them to the appropriate person or department.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information both in person and over the phone.

• Manage the ordering and replenishment of office inventory, including supplies for the kitchen and copy machines.

• Sort and distribute incoming mail to the correct recipients in a timely manner.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in shared spaces such as the supply room and kitchen.

• Operate a multi-line phone system to handle inbound calls efficiently.

• Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and ensure a seamless office experience. Requirements • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and problem-solving.

• Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and managing inbound calls.

• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Availability to work during designated hours as required by the contract.
