HR Generalist – Manufacturing Industry
Southern Twin Cities Metro | On-site | Direct Hire
A long-standing and reputable manufacturing organization in the southern Twin Cities metro area is seeking an HR Generalist to join their growing team. This individual will play a key role in supporting employees and leaders across the organization, focusing on HR operations, employee relations, and talent initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Support HR programs including employee relations, performance management, and recruitment.
+ Serve as a resource to employees and supervisors on policies, procedures, and compliance matters.
+ Partner with leadership on engagement, retention, and workforce planning efforts.
+ Maintain HRIS accuracy and assist with benefits and payroll coordination.
+ Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 2+ years of progressive HR experience required; experience in manufacturing or production preferred.
+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred — and required for candidates with fewer than 5 years of HR experience.
+ Solid knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and employee relations.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; approachable and collaborative.
Compensation:
$65,000–$80,000, depending on experience.
