Robert Half is partnering with a client in the property management industry to fill the role of Payroll Specialist. Are you a highly organized payroll professional with strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy? Key Responsibilities:

+ Process and manage employee payroll on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule, as required.

+ Review and input employee timekeeping data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies

+ Ensure accurate withholding of taxes, benefit deductions, garnishments, and other payroll adjustments.

+ Comply with legal regulations regarding payroll processing, including tax filings and reporting requirements.

+ Investigate and resolve discrepancies or errors in payroll records.

+ Respond to employee inquiries regarding paychecks, taxes, and deductions.

+ Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure seamless reporting and financial reconciliation.

Requirements

+ Previous payroll processing experience, ideally in property management or related industries.

+ Proficiency in payroll software and systems (experience with ADP, Paychex, or similar is highly desirable).

+ Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, including federal, state, and local laws.

+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and attention to detail.

+ Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
