    Description

    Robert Half is working with a growing golf club in Palm Beach County, expanding operations and elevating the member and guest experience. We’re seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Controller/Full Charge Bookkeeper to oversee all aspects of accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial management across golf, food & beverage, and club activities.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Oversee all accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Bank Reconciliations

    + Review and audit daily sales receipts from Golf Operations and Food & Beverage departments

    + Manage cash deposits and change orders, coordinating daily with Golf and F& B Managers

    + Perform inventory analysis, costing, and reconciliations for merchandise and food & beverage operations

    + Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and reports for review by the CFO

    + Maintain organized financial records and support budget preparation and forecasting

    + Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist in continuous process improvement

    Requirements

    Full Charge Bookkeeping, QuickBooks, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, Microsoft Excel, Payroll, Month End Close, Hospitality Experience
