    Description

    We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, and supporting various administrative payroll functions. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in payroll systems.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process weekly payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies.

    • Utilize payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and About Time to manage payroll operations efficiently.

    • Verify and approve timekeeping records to maintain accuracy in employee compensation.

    • Support benefits administration, including 401k contributions and other employee benefits.

    • Generate and analyze payroll reports using tools like Crystal Reports to provide actionable insights.

    • Assist with auditing payroll data to identify and resolve discrepancies.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to address payroll-related inquiries and provide solutions.

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations and industry standards.

    • Ensure timely submission of payroll information for processing.

    • Provide support in both English and Spanish, if applicable, to accommodate diverse employee needs

     

    Requirements • Proven experience in payroll administration, preferably within wholesale distribution or similar industries.

     

    • Proficiency with payroll software systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and About Time.

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate reports using Crystal Reports.

    • Familiarity with benefits administration, including 401k contributions.

    • Knowledge of accounting functions and auditing processes related to payroll.

    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

    • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly advantageous.

    • Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
