Description We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Assistant to join our team in Plano, Texas. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with clients and sales teams, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless experience.

• Manage client-facing activities, addressing workflow inquiries and troubleshooting issues as needed.

• Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, including weekly check-ins and updates.

• Administer and maintain multiple systems, including resetting passwords and managing profiles.

• Oversee updates to prospect activities and platforms, ensuring accurate reporting and dashboards.

• Perform pricing analysis and assist with sales data, supporting both East and West Coast teams.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance reporting tools and dashboards for improved data visibility.

• Troubleshoot system-related questions and act as an administrator for various platforms.

• Adapt to evolving responsibilities and contribute to the growth of the team.

• Handle number-crunching tasks related to sales figures and performance metrics. Requirements • Proven experience in administrative office roles or project support.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in managing systems and platforms, including troubleshooting and user support.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client and team interactions.

• Ability to analyze data and provide insights through reporting tools.

• Flexibility to work with teams across different time zones.

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
