    We are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team in Pineville, North Carolina, on a Contract-to-Ongoing basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the Human Resources department by managing administrative tasks, facilitating recruitment processes, and ensuring smooth onboarding and employee record maintenance.     Responsibilities:

    • Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.

    • Support the onboarding process by preparing materials, scheduling orientation sessions, and ensuring new hires have access to necessary tools and systems.

    • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.

    • Administer employee benefits programs, providing assistance with enrollments, claims, and questions.

    • Coordinate compliance-related tasks, including tracking mandatory training and ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.

    • Prepare offer letters and manage new employee documentation to facilitate a smooth hiring process.

    • Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to ensure new hires receive proper equipment and workspace.

    • Generate HR reports, such as turnover rates and employee headcount, to support data-driven decision-making.

    • Support audits and legal compliance by organizing and maintaining employee files and documentation.

    • Provide assistance with employee relations matters and contribute to fostering a positive work environment.

     

    Requirements • Proven experience in HR administration, including onboarding and recruitment support.

     

    • Familiarity with HRIS systems for managing employee records and generating reports.

    • Knowledge of compliance requirements and labor laws at federal, state, and local levels.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

    • Excellent communication skills for interacting with candidates, employees, and external vendors.

    • Experience with benefits administration, including enrollment and claims support.

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
