Description
Manage and coordinate executive calendars, appointments, and meetings, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Prepare and edit high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications, responding as needed on behalf of leadership.
Oversee travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring cost-effective and time-efficient plans.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Handle ad hoc administrative tasks, such as expense reporting, event coordination, and document management.
Assist in the preparation and tracking of key business initiatives, keeping executives informed of progress.
Maintain accurate filing systems (electronic and physical) to ensure easy access to necessary documents.
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, communications, or a related field (Source: Robert Half Acronym Guide).
+ Minimum 3–5 years of executive-level administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or professional services setting (Source: Robert Half Acronym Guide).
+ Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills (Source: Robert Half Acronym Guide).
+ Strong verbal and written communication, with an ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization (Source: Robert Half Acronym Guide).
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with virtual meeting platforms is preferred (Source: Robert Half Acronym Guide).
