Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Controller to join a dynamic manufacturing organization based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, particularly the company president, to drive financial accuracy, maintain budget integrity, and oversee detailed job costing and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.

• Collaborate with the company president to monitor project budgets and ensure financial goals are met.

• Ensure accurate and timely job costing, billing, and financial reporting for the organization.

• Perform detailed budgeting and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.

• Manage cash flow and conduct bank reconciliations to maintain financial stability.

• Oversee the tracking and management of raw material inventory, ensuring alignment with production needs.

• Conduct annual inventory assessments and implement necessary adjustments.

• Utilize advanced Excel tools, such as pivot tables, to analyze financial data and generate reports.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies across all accounting processes.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of raw materials and cost accounting principles.

• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Demonstrated expertise in cash flow management and bank reconciliations.

• Experience managing raw material inventory and conducting annual inventory assessments.

• Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables and formulas.

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
